Rooted Rituals Bodywork--Return to Your Body. Therapeutic massage and sacred body rituals designed to ground the nervous system, soften tension, and reconnect you to yourself. At Rooted Rituals Bodywork, each session is more than physical relief--it is an intentional experience of slowing down, being in silence, and coming home to your body. Through grounded touch, warmth, and ritual elements, your body is invited to release, restore, and remember its natural state of ease. Arlenea O'Keefe is a 2010 graduate of North Eastern Institute of Whole Health. She LOVES being a licensed massage therapist and looks forward to welcoming new clients! IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT OUR STUDIO: We are located on the second floor, without an elevator. We also have a sweet dog onsite, Hendrix, who is in training to be a service dog. You may hear him or see him from time to time. Because he is working, please don't pet him (however hard this may be)! If you are not able to use stairs or are allergic to dogs, please let me know and I will be happy to refer you to another therapist in the area! Please note that I do not currently offer prenatal massages. I am more than happy to offer a referral to a local massage therapist that specializes in prenatal massages! Just ask!
